Our network structure allows us to quickly find new agents with the required qualifications for any specific field, in order to deal with any kind of text or service.

We manage a complete database of our agents that ensures a rapid order execution and a transmission of our mandates to the best suited agents.

All network agents are carefully selected and are under contract with /t/+ (including a clause concerning quality and a code of conduct). In particular, we choose agents who carry out an own quality control.

Reliability and quality

Throughout the transaction process, work quality is guaranteed: (1) before executing an order, the agent (carefully selected from the database) receives specific instructions on the important points to observe, (2) the agent follows an own quality control process, (3) before delivery, an additional quality control is performed.

In determined cases, we even order a neutral proofreading of work by a second agent, without additional cost to the customer.

Deadlines are met, even and especially in case of urgent order.

The customer can rely on a trusted partner, with whom she can directly interact.

We have no minimum price, which often amounts to over €50 for most translation suppliers.
